Patrons rave about the local flavors, especially the pulpo a la gallega (octopus) and caldo Gallego (Galician soup). Hidden gem. Lovely staff, menus in multiple languages. I had the sweetest fresh squeezed orange juice (zumo natural de naranja), home comfort level Galician soup (caldo Gallego), and the classic Galician style octopus (pulpo a la gallega or pulpo a feira). Delicious. I got there when it opened at 12noon on Sunday, and was quiet. A few others trickled in, but it began filling up quickly with locals about 1-1:30pm. Highly recommended! Everything was fresh and tasty.
We arrived late at night when all the other restaurant where close or they kitchen close, and the Owner welcome us with open arms although at that time we were the only customers in the restaurant, food was local simple and delicious. And we even came back next day for chocolate and churros
Very nice climatic place for slow lunch. Highly recommended for day after finishing Camino, like we did.
Food was okay. A bit expensive. The lady was attentive and helpful.
